We work on a contingency fee basis. If we cannot collect an account, there is no fee. In order to offer the most competitive rate possible, a number of factors affecting the collectables of your accounts, and therefore the rate, need to be considered. Some factors include:

• The size and number of accounts that will be assigned
• How old the accounts are
• How much information is provided about the debtor
• The likelihood that legal action will be required to collect
• ...and whether or not and how much prior collection effort has been done.

And we insist on remaining competitive with the going rate in the industry.

We feel that considering how much we offer at no extra charge, our rates are extremely reasonable with one absolute guarantee: No collection, no fee.
